Guidance Counselors and JROTC Instructors
Who We Are...
We're one of the nation’s six senior military colleges and a leadership development institution. We educate and develop young men and women to lead and succeed in both the military and public sector. While we consistently commission high-quality officers to serve in the total Army, there is no military obligation for our cadets. Many choose to pursue the National Service Leadership Track to serve in the government and private sector.
Your student or Cadet must:
- Be on a college-prep curriculum
- Have SAT scores of 480 math and 26 Reading (Subscore of Evidence-Based Reading and Writing) OR ACT Math 18 and English 20
- Be in good medical and emotional condition
Our Cadets
Enjoying a unique mix of a military lifestyle embedded within a traditional college experience, the University of North Georgia Cadets:
- Live in contemporary Cadet residence halls
- Study in a state-of-the-art library/technology center
- Work out in a cutting-edge fitness center
- Develop personally and professionally in a 24 hour-a-day leadership laboratory.
- Have dedicated academic resources and tutors available
Scholarships
By far the least expensive Senior Military College. That being said, most Cadets who choose to pursue an Army commission have Army ROTC scholarships, Georgia Military Scholarships, leadership scholarships and/or are soldiers in the Georgia Army National Guard or Army Reserve. However, there are a variety of other financial aid opportunities and scholarships for all Cadets, including the fact that all Cadets receive in-state tuition rates.
Visits
With prior reservation, we can host group tours on our campus, or a representative from our Cadet 91福利导航 office would be happy to visit your school to provide additional information on the opportunities we have to offer.
