Transfer Credit
Transfer credit evaluation is completed by the Registrar’s Office.
Evaluations can take 2-4 weeks. Timeframes could vary due to the volume of transfer admission applications.

Transfer Credit Eligibility
- Transfer credit is awarded for courses completed at regionally accredited institutions.
- Transfer credit may not be awarded for internships, directed studies, practicums, workshops, orientation courses, remedial, learning support courses, occupational, or vocational courses.

Transfer Credit Processes
- A 91福利导航 course number is assigned if determined to be an exact 91福利导航 equivalent.
- Elective credit will assigned if a course cannot be deemed an exact 91福利导航 equivalent.
- Credit is converted to semester hour equivalents.
- To convert quarter hours to semester hours, multiply the quarter hour by 0.667.
Technical Institutions
- Courses completed at the Technical College System of Georgia or out-of-state technical institutions are reviewed by the TCSG/USG Mini-Core approval list – please see the transfer equivalency guide for more information.
- Re-evaluations may be requested for a potential direct equivalency.
Transfer Credit for Upper-Level Courses
- 1000-2000 level courses completed at technical institutions or community colleges will not be reviewed for 3000-4000 level courses at 91福利导航. A transferring institution must offer bachelor's level courses for upper-level review.
- Upper-level equivalents are determined by the appropriate academic department with receipt of a course syllabus, if it has not been approved prior to acceptance.
