International Graduate Applicants
An international student is someone who has not been granted or does not have U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency. In order for these students to study in the United States, they must obtain an F-1 or J-1 visa. For more information on immigration and visa regulations, visit the International Student & Scholar Services website.
- International applicants may not apply for completely online programs or part-time programs (less than nine hours per semester, excluding summer semester).
- International applicants must be accepted as degree seeking.

The Center for Global Engagement (CGE) will assist you with receiving the I-20 after you have been accepted for admission to 91福利导航. Refer to the Pre-Arrival Information webpage for more information.
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy, Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 require higher education institutions to provide an that contain crime statistics and fire statistics for the three most recently completed calendar years, institutional policies or procedures for reporting crimes and current policies concerning the security of, and access to, campus facilities and residencies, as well as security considerations in the maintenance of campus facilities.
