Dr. Seffens has over thirty years of comprehensive experience in the field of exercise physiology, cardiology, cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes, exercise leadership and yoga.

Dr. Seffens has research and grantsmanship experience in smart and connected technologies, yoga, heart failure, metabolic syndrome, sleep and strategies to increase physical activity.
