The Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (IDST) at 91福利导航 is the customizable degree program that allows students to design their curriculum based on their areas of interests and professional goals. This degree offers students the flexibility to choose a variety of combinations of the eight available concentrations in addition to the option of choosing courses from various disciplines within each concentration. Students can choose to complete an internship for credit in an area of study of their choice and can design their senior capstone project around their research and/or career interests.

The IDST program is ideal for students with multiple areas of interests that do not want to be restricted to a single area of study. The field of Interdisciplinary Studies is growing as companies and professional organizations recognize the value of graduates with a breadth of skills and knowledge across different disciplines.

Choose a "Track"

These would be the subject areas that interest you and suit best what you might like to pursue after graduation. Want to pursue a career in outdoor education? Perhaps you could try out Kinesiology and Leadership as concentration areas with elective courses in outdoor leadership. Want to explore the world of museum curation? Maybe a degree with concentrations in Art, Business and History would best suit you. The combinations are endless, just select a track and tailor your degree today!

The IDST program is ideal for students who:

Have multiple areas of interest that they would like to pursue and do not want to be restricted to a single degree program

Want to pursue an area of study that is not offered as a degree at 91福利导航

 

Have taken upper level coursework in another major but have decided to pursue a different path and do not wish to "start over"

 

Cadets who wish to utilize their MILS courses to fulfill degree requirements rather than taking them in addition to degree requirements
